Vitamins and why it's Vital March 25 2017, 0 Comments
Vitamins are extremely important not only for your body but also your skin. They often aid in healing, softening the skin, and fighting off diseases. There are 13 essential vitamins that your skin needs to thrive. They are A, C, D, E, K, and 8 B-complex vitamins. There are fat-soluble vitamins which mean that they can be stored in the body, and there are water-soluble which means the body uses and loses them quickly. The fat-soluble vitamins are A, D, E, and K; and the water-soluble are C and B-complex. The water-soluble most also are replenished regularly since they leave the body so quickly. Vitamins A, C, D, and E have been proven to have positive effects on the skin's health when consumed or taken as a supplement.
Vitamin A aids in the health, function, and repair of skin cells. It also supports the overall health of the skin and has been shown to improve elasticity and thickness. Elastin is a protein base that gives skin its ability to stretch and return back to normal or regain its original shape. This vitamin is also found in the starter cleanser for obvious reasons to help our skin’s elasticity and aid in the repair of skin cells.
Vitamin C is needed for the proper repair of the skin and its tissues. It aids in and accelerates the skin’s healing process and is vitally important in fighting the aging process. This is because it promotes the production of collagen in the skin’s dermal tissues, which keeps the skin healthy and firm. This right here guys is how the banisher works so well paired with its magic serum. The banisher creates these tiny holes in our skin that we cannot necessarily see yet these holes reach the dermis layer of the skin. When you use the serum that is recommended right after you roll your face with those itty bitty needles the vitamin C has a better chance of reaching that dermis layer and changing the way our skin looks. It's absolutely amazing and makes so much sense. Daisy is a genius!
Vitamin D promotes rapid healing of the skin and enables the body to properly absorb and use calcium.
Vitamin E helps protect the skin from the harmful effects of the sun’s UV rays and has been claimed to help heal damage to the skin’s tissues when taken by mouth.
All of these vitamins are necessary to keep healthy, beautiful skin and if you are not eating enough foods that contain them throughout find a really good multivitamin. I personally have to still take multivitamins and I feel like I have tried too many. Just find one that works for you and your schedule and stick with it!
