Veise Beauty (pronounced vice) stands for Vitamin Enriched Ingestibles Skincare & Essentials.
Clean beauty that’s dedicated to empowering women? Can I get a heck yeah?! That’s Veise Beauty’s entire mission, to make the cleanest beauty products available while donating 1% of all proceeds to furthering women’s education. Their mission statement is when you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you can conquer anything! According to the owner, Angelica Caporuscio, “We focus on charities that help women in impoverished communities gain access to higher education, continuing education, building confidence, and helping to create more strong, female leaders.”
I have to say, I completely agree. Looking and feeling good both give you confidence that’s needed to push forward and continue tackling your daily tasks that’s needed during this ever changing world. Maybe I got a bit too deep there, but seriously can skincare really do that much for you? I sure like to think so! For me it’s about taking a little bit of “me” time, and with clean beauty that gives back, knowing that I’m doing a bit of the good for the world and for my body.
Veise Beauty also understands the need for a clean beauty revolution. Products that often times claim to be natural, organic, or handmade are more times than not filled with tons of chemicals. Then there’s those brands who boast their ingredients are 97% natural or “free from x,y, & z”, well for Angelica (and many of us) that wasn’t enough. I was able to speak with the owner who talked to me about her own personal experience with acne, how it destroyed her confidence, and why she decided to open up her own line of completely natural skincare items that are clean and free from toxins.
“Looking at most "all-natural" products at the store made me realize that there was a need for a skincare brand that was truly "clean", says Angelica Veise Beauty founder, “No BS, no chemicals, just real ingredients that did what they said they were going to do, and be multi-beneficial for the body. So do the products match up to the claims? At first glance of any Veise Beauty product, I noticed that I could actually pronounce all of the ingredients, they were extremely simple, AND I never came across with a product that had more than 10 ingredients. I had never heard of Veise until a few months ago when I stumbled upon them on social media. I had the opportunity to try several of their products and can say that my (also insanely sensitive and reactive skin) responded amazingly. Like seriously, amazingly.
I always test products for 3 weeks to a month in advance before I feel like I can give a complete, honest, and accurate review. If you’ve learned anything from my blogs by now it’s that I keep it real with you guys, if I don’t like a product, it has toxic ingredients, or it makes my skin worse I always tell you first (and I always will, I got you fam).
But in all actuality, I am super impressed by this little indie beauty brand and I suspect it’s only a matter of time before others catch on to their incredible products too. With each use I found my skin was:
+ Calmer
+ Less irritated
+ More even skin tone

+ Improved texture!!

I could go on forever talking about the benefits of each specific ingredient in every product they carry (because I’m a wee bit obsessed) BUT, I want to keep this review simple and semi easy to read sooooo, I’m going to try to buckle down and focus on my three favorites. These are the ones, to me, that really stole the show.
dream serum 5/5 *my top pick*
Ingredients: Pure Distilled Water, Pure Organic Hyaluronic Acid (plant-based), Non-GMO Vegetable Glycerin, Kojic Acid, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Organic Cold Pressed Vitamin E, & Lactobacillus.
With the dry winter months among us, it’s no wonder why I’ve been absolutely loving this serum. It’s packed full of hyaluronic acid which helps to deliver instant hydration to your skin. You can wear it alone or opt to layer another moisturizer on top for maximum moisturizing benefits (which is what I do). Not only did I notice my face was plumper, dewy, and full of freakin’ life, but it also slowly began to fade my scars. Something I did NOT at all expect to happen. Typically my hyper-pigmentation from a spot lasts forever, and by the time the old ones have faded new ones have typically started forming.
However, with this serums magical powers, I finally feel like I can stop new acne in its tracks while clearing up the old spots as well. It’s insane in the membrane. This is a one stop shop for brighter skin tone, getting rid of acne, fading acne scars, and improving hydration of the skins barrier. I hope they never stop making this product because this is something I will be forever repurchasing and keeping in my skincare cabinet.
pore perfection 5/5
Ingredients: Benotite Clay, Vitamin C, Spirulina, Rosehips
After a few weeks of testing the dream serum, I was not surprised at all how well this masks works. I can firmly say after testing Veise for an extending period of time, I have complete faith in all of their products. I find a lot of masks are too overdrying, irritating, or actually pull my breakouts to the
surface making them appear worse BUT this mask defies the odds beating breakouts, shrinking pores, and making your skin super baby butt smooth.
I love how simple the ingredients are and the fact it contains Spirulina. Taken orally or applied topically, Spirulina has an array of health benefits. It contains A, C, E, K and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, zinc, copper, manganese, phosphorous, iron, potassium, selenium and calcium – which are all great for warding off active acne and fading scars.
I was struggling with a few spots and wanted them gone quickly so I decided to test out the pore perfection mask overnight. I had a couple of huge cystic knots that were really irritating me but when I woke up the next morning they were practically gone! My skin was so much less inflamed, calmer, gooey, and clearer! It’s really no wonder why this is another one of their best sellers, it’s a supercharged butt kicking acne fighter!
hydrating face wash 5/5
Ingredients: Raw Honey, Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Virgin Marula Oil, Steam Distilled Lavender
Last, but certainly, certainly, not certainlyyyyyy not least let’s talk about this face wash. Y’all know I’m a huge advocate for anything apple cider vinegar, and I can’t lie I’ve been jumping on the raw honey bandwagon lately too so, this face wash is nothing short of a dream come true.
I think finding a good pH balancing cleanser is CRUCIAL when dealing with acne. That being said, from my experience it’s typically quiet hard to find a good one that doesn’t have at least one downfall to it. If you don’t like the smell of apple cider vinegar you may have to hold your nose for this one, because all of the amazing benefits from it certainly outweighs that one negative.
Typically my skin is super itchy and dry in the winter, in fact before I began using this cleanser there were tiny little dry skin chips falling off my forehead (I know, gnarly). The turn around time has been insane, probably about 3 days for me to notice a totally difference in my skin. It’s helped the most with balancing my skins moisture level (not too greasy, or too dry) and obliterating any acne in its path.

Who would’ve thunk this little indie skincare brand I’ve never heard of would have some of the best face products I’ve used in years? That saying still rings true, you can’t judge a book by its cover (but you can judge it by its ingredients and how effective it is).
