Have a Glowing, Bright Face the Natural Way! February 07 2017, 0 Comments

I’ve been doing this procedure for a month now and my skin tone has lightened a lot.

I like to use natural ingredients at home which are full of nutrients. If you can’t afford all those expensive products on the shelves that are said to get rid of spots, fine lines, brighten skin and even skin tone, you should give this a try!

Treatments for spots I use now:

  • Gram Flour or Besan; Does miracles for you if you want lighter skin and a glow on your face. I lost my tan by using this.
  • Lemon; Great for losing a tan, helps with dark spots because of its acidity. Be careful when using lemon because you need to keep out of the sun. If you do go in the sun, be sure to use at least SPF 30.
  • Turmeric Powder; Has natural antioxidants and is great for the skin, lightens and brightens skin tone and gives a natural glow.
  • Honey; Natural source of glucose, I use it in my green tea just to add a light sweetness. For the face, it is excellent, has antibiotic properties. Helps with scars, and moisturizes really dry skin.

My Favourite Natural Products:

  • Besan
  • Lemon
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Coffee
  • Rose Water
  • Honey

First, I cut up a lemon, and scrub and rub it on my face and leave it on for about 5 minutes. You may also use sugar to give more exfoliation for your skin.

Then I proceed to my mask/cleanser, which is; Take a bowl, add about 1 ½ tablespoons of besan, adding 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons of coffee powder or coffee beans, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or rose water or honey, whichever one you’d like, or you can mix all three of them together. I then mix all my ingredients very well until it becomes a medium thick paste. I then apply this on my face and leave it on for about 30 minutes. When the mask becomes fully dry, it will start to crack if you move your mouth, that is when I rinse my face in the lukewarm water. Then I proceed to cleanse my skin and using the mask as a cleanser. After that, I moisturize, using coconut oil.

I do this at least twice a day, morning and night and I have been achieving great results. This can also be used weekly. You can also add sugar, brown sugar, or salt to make it into an exfoliating scrub. It can be put into a bottle and used as a cleanser and exfoliator.
