I am the oldest of four kids, 1 daughter and 3 brothers. My brothers were lucky, after I started going to the dermatologist, my parents said that they did not want to make the same mistake as for me. So they went at an early age to the doctor and even for a simple zit here and there, because they knew that it would get worst with age.

I would say that it was definitely through time and maturing that I learned to take care of my own skin. Especially when you grow up with pimples.

If you are a girl that requires make up at work, please take off your make up before sleeping. Take it out with a lotion, then wash your face with soap or an electric brush. And wipe it out again with another lotion to make sure that 95% of it is taken out.

I cannot tell you how important it is to wash your face before sleeping, even if you are tired and that you just want to fall in bed without getting changed.

I know that my friends with no acne issue, sleep like that without needing to do anything before falling asleep, but acne people, we cannot have an excuse to sleep with make up on.

Every day when I wake up, the first thing I do is prepare hot water to drink. One cup for tea and one smaller cup for the apple cider vinegar.

I would then go to the bathroom and wash my face and teeth. I am currently using Avene as a soap and as a lotion. For the cream I use either La Roche Posay or Avene, depending on my skin that day.

At night, I use EVE skin rejuvenation bar, it is a two minute soap bar that you leave on the face and then wash off. I found this product while watching videos on YouTube. Just like the apple cider vinegar product from 'Bragg's'. I cannot not tell you, how much these two products have helped me. Although I must say that the EVE product is quite expensive. But nowadays everything has a price, if you want something.

Of course, I still have my second generation pill that I take and my doxycycline.med from the dermatologist.

I am currently still following these steps of doing things because one, I cannot stop with the pill unless I want to get pregnant, And two, because doxycline is a med which is light and not excessive like Accutane, but once the doctor says that I can stop, the first thing I will stop is the antibiotic.

Boys and girls, you have to clean you face, from the dirt and oil, it has accumulated throughout the day. But do not do it more than twice a day because you would dry out your face too much.
