The Greatest All-In-One Product That I Have Ever Tried—And It’s Discontinued May 04 2016, 0 Comments

I was always skeptical about spot treatment products because I thought, “Oh well, I already have a pimple, what’s a spot treatment really going to do for it?” I just thought that as long as I was washing my face, I was doing all that I could to protect it. I’ve never been one to spend a lot on products to help my skin, mostly because I feel like all companies just trick people into buying products they do not need.
My change of heart came one night when I had a huge pimple in the middle of my cheek, and my roommate suggested that I try her spot treatment cream. I obliged, and then went to sleep without thinking anything of it. The next morning when I woke, the pimple was visibly reduced in size and its redness was almost gone already. I was shocked! When I expressed my happiness to my roommate, she said, “I know, I love this stuff so much that I literally buy three tubes of it whenever I find it at the store.”
What is this mysterious, fabulous product? It’s none other than Neutrogena’s All-in-1 Acne Control Facial Treatment. It’s a salicylic acid treatment that works to fade acne scars, treat current breakouts, and prevent future breakouts. I immediately bought some after using my roommate’s cream a few times with great results. I tend to use it only when my skin has already broken out, as a spot treatment for existing pimples.
My skin type is normal for my face, but my back and chest have small pores that cause me to have very large break outs. I use it on my face, back, and chest whenever I break out and so far it has worked well on all areas.
Not only does it treat the acne, but it is really great at reducing the scarring that pimples leave behind. I found that once I started using this cream, the pimples would no longer leave dark purple spots behind; the spots now are lighter, more reddish, and fade faster. I have not tried any other spot treatment or all-in-one creams because I love this product so much.
This is where the bad news comes in, I’m afraid: the product has been discontinued. After some internet searching, I have only been able to find it on eBay for about thirty dollars. Even though I love this product so much, I will have to look for a new spot treatment.
